Insurance Cost Increasing for Landlords?

The cost of labor and materials has risen, as has the state of California's duty to notify property owners. According to California Insurance Code 10103.4, an insurer must provide an estimate of the cost to rebuild or replace the insured building that complies with specified existing standards at the time an offer to renew a policy of residential property insurance is made to the policyholder and on a bi-annual basis.
