CEMENT BONDED PARTICLE BOARD - CBP

CBP are building boards with a very wide range of applications in construction industry. They are cement-bonded particleboards with a smooth and hard gray surface similar to concrete, meeting the requirements of fire protection and sound insulation.

ADPOL is a Polish manufacturer offering INSULATED CBP - a modern method of thermal modernization of buildings ?with a modern and durable facade.

We produce three types of INSULATED CBP :

1. CBP permanently connected to PIR board - thickness 60 mm - 10 mm CBP + 50 mm PIR - due to the very good thermal insulation of PIR boards, the use of a 50 mm PIR board gives the same warming effect as the use of 100 mm of EPS or MINERAL WOOL

2. CBP permanently connected?to a polystyrene board - thickness 60 mm - 10 mm CBP + 50 mm EPS polystyrene

3. CBP permanently connected?to a mineral wool board - thickness 60 mm - 10 mm ?CBP + 50 mm mineral wool

INSULATED CBP are perfect for THERMAL MODERNIZATION OF BUILDINGS - insulating the buildings from the outside while renovating the fa?ade.

Standard sizes of INSULATED CBP : width 1200 mm, length 1600 mm and thickness 60 mm

Very simple installation, no special equipment required, weight from 15 kg/m2 to 18 kg/m2 depending on the insulation used - that is, a standard panel weighs only from 29 kg to 35 kg!!

On request, we produce INSULATED CBP?to 3200 mm in length and from 30 mm to 160 mm in thickness

BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT CBP - CEMENT BONDED PARTICLE BOARD

CBP are building boards with a very wide range of applications in construction industry. They are cement-bonded particleboards with a smooth and hard gray surface similar to concrete, meeting the requirements of fire protection and sound insulation.

Basic applications:

Structures in which fire safety and very good acoustic parameters are of utmost importance: skeleton frames, modular and SIP construction; fire protection; acoustic structures; facades; walls; floors; roofs; ceilings, as well as plinths; lost formwork; balconies; terraces; road screens; elevator shafts; lawn and pavement borders; sidewalks etc.

Basic properties:

NON-FLAMMABLE.:?Cement-bonded particleboards are fire resistant and their fire class according to the European standard EN 13 501-1 is A2 - s1, d0 - NON-FLAMMABLE.

Acoustic insulation: Cement-bonded particleboards are sound-insulating. The acoustic insulation of a single board, depending on its thickness, ranges from 30 dB to 38 dB and up to 50 dB in case of double board.???

Dielectric: Cement-bonded particleboards act as an insulator and do not spread the current.

Frost-resistant: Cement-bonded particleboards are frost-resistant in accordance with?EN 1328.

Resistant to weather conditions: Cement-bonded particleboards are the best material for a humid environment and for outdoor use due to their resistance to moisture.

Resistant to fungi and molds: Thanks to the moisture resistance of cement-bonded particle boards, mold and fungi do not develop on the surface of the boards.

Insect and rodent resistant: Cement-bonded particleboards, thanks to their cement content and hardness, are an effective barrier against insects and rodents.

Resistant to aggressive chemical environment: Cement-bonded particleboards are resistant to gasoline, oils, urea, acid and alkaline solutions, as well as disinfecting solutions and any salt compounds.

Resistant to mechanical damage: Cement-bonded particleboards are very hard and thus resistant to any mechanical damage - impacts, vandalism etc.

Aesthetic: The natural color of cement-bonded particleboards is similar to that of concrete. However, cement-bonded particleboards can be given a different appearance through a variety of surface finishes, from painting in any color to adding architectural details, attaching nets which allow for climbing plants to develop etc.

Ecological: Cement-bonded particle boards are ecological and environmentally friendly: WOOD – 24% CEMENT – 65%, WATER – 9%, WATERPROOFING ADDITIVES 2% - the boards, although they contain wood, have properties similar to concrete .They do not contain hazardous substances such as asbestos, formaldehyde or petroleum products, and, at the same time, are resistant to gasoline and oils as well as humid and aggressive environment.

Harmless to health: Cement-bonded particleboards are harmless to health, have no smell and do not contain any harmful substances.

Long service life – warranty period up to 20 years and service life up to 50 years .
