INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL KHARCOAL CONDUCTIVE CEMENT...!!!!

What Makes KHARCOAL Unique?

After one year other brands of conductive cement increased soil resistivity values while KHARCOAL shows resistance value of land remained stable.

When mixed KHARCOAL conductive cement with little water, it hardened and become permanent.

KHARCOAL conductive cement has non-corrosive properties and can protect ground rod grown from oxidation/ corrosive.

TO INSTALL KHARCOAL;

 Vertical mounting

  1. Land drilled with the drilling diameter of 2.5 inches long deep ground rod is reduced ± 10 cm. Because the drill wobble in workmanship will produce holes with an average diameter of 3 inches.

2. Stir KHARCOAL with clean water little by little until into a thick paste.

3. Enter the ground rod made of copper or copper plated into a hole that has been prepared, presses the ground rod all the way into the bottom hole.

4. Put the mixture KHARCOAL into the ground around the hole in the rod little by little by pressing KHARCOAL batter until there is no air cavity between the ground and the walls of the hole. Do this until the hole is filled with KHARCOAL full.

?5. Cover the hole with soil surface and connect ground rod with a conductor (cable BC).

Installation Horizontal

  • Dig the soil as deep as 40cm, sprinkle with KHARCOAL then later a cable BC above sprinkling paste KHARCOAL .
  • Sprinkle the paste with the cable BC mat, KHARCOAL on it and then cover with soil until blended.
