Did you know there was a difference? Every company works in their own way, so maybe, right now, you do it all...

But, just FYI, the Instructional Designer focuses on designing the learning experience and the E-Learning Developer focuses on implementing and creating the e-learning content based on the instructional designer’s design.

When I found this out, my mind was blown too?? - check out a small list of the differences between these two fields that are related and often work together closely to create engaging and effective e-learning courses. It will most definitely help you decide what role best suits you.

Looks like E Developers makes the dream/ vision come alive/ a reality. Understandably, structures & budget issues affect how the role(s) are effected.
