The database is being updated daily; new records are being added and existing records are being updated all the time.

The database user interface is highly intuitive and easy to learn, with a short learning curve. Users can set their own parameters for triggering daily or weekly email alerts of any changes to the database, or, at the user's discretion, to records they want or need to track. Many contact records contain links to the contact's Linkedin Profiles, and all contact records enable the users to download VCards. Investor records contain links to investment committee minutes and recordings of investment committee meetings where available. Search records also provide links to enable users to download RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs when available and posted to the investor's websites. There's a handy online users guide available, as well as periodically updated lists of the largest investors and investment managers, ranked by Assets Under Management. Users tell us the data we provide tends to be more reliable than most, and the cost, considerably more affordable than most.

Data also easily can be downloaded to an excel spreadsheet with a single click to create call and follow up lists, or to enable the user to conduct further data analysis. Spreadsheet data downloaded from the database can be sorted by column and totaled. Downloaded data also can be used to produce trend charts and graphs.
