5、After 2,000 hours of cumulative work, if a bolt is found to be loosened to less than 80% of the specified torque, the bolt and the two adjacent bolts should be replaced with new ones; if 20% of the bolts are found to be loosened to less than 80% of the specified torque, then all the bolts should be replaced with new ones, and all the bolts should be replaced with new ones after the cumulative work of the equipment reaches 14,000 hours. (Suggestion: in the first two to four months before use, all the bolts should be replaced with new ones. 6, in use to pay close attention to the operation of the slewing bearing, such as noise, impact, power suddenly increased, should immediately stop the machine to check, until all the faults are eliminated, if necessary, need to disassemble and check.

7, slewing bearing in use, prohibit water directly flush slewing bearing, avoid water into the raceway caused by rust, strictly prevent the harder foreign objects close to or into the engagement area, so as not to cause tooth injury or unnecessary trouble.
