Installation steps of XYZ cantilever Cartesian manipulator:

Step 1: Install the X-axis onto the mounting surface

The processing accuracy of the installation table will affect the positioning accuracy and stability of the mechanical arm, and the flatness of the installation table should be less than 0.05mm/500mm.

Step 2: Install XY axis connecting plate

When installing the XY shaft connection plate, use the positioning pin holes on the slide seat and mounting plate of the single-axis robot arm for positioning.

Step 3: Install the Y-axis and cable trough

Step 4: Install YZ axis connecting plate and Z axis;

Step 5: Install the tow chain and wiring

1) When wiring, the movable cover of the drag chain should be picked off with a flat-head screwdriver, and then the cable should be loaded into the inner cavity of the drag chain and then the cover should be pressed.

2) When wiring cables or gas pipes, the cables should be arranged neatly in the tow chain, and the space of the cables should generally not exceed two-thirds of the space of the inner chamber of the tow chain, and it should not be twisted and disordered;

3) Connector of the motor end cable (power line, encoder line or brake cable)
