Installation and debugging of CNC Spring coiling machine

Techniques for installation and debugging of cnc spring coiling machine?

1. Connect power of machine and decoiler.
2. Load the wire on the decoiler .
3. Install the wire feeding roller and front ,middle , rear wire guide ,coiling finger If no need to make torsion springs only need to install these tools . If have to make torsion springs as well, have to install torsion spring related cutter tools .
4. More than 0.7mm wire diameter , have to install one pair /2 pieces rollers & front wire guide ,rear wire guide and less than 0.7mm wire diameter , have to install 4pcs rollers & front wire guide ,middle wire guide and rear wire guide .
5. this tool can be used to adjust outside diameter .
6. If marks occurred on the surface of springs , that means you didnt do chamfering on the surface of tools properly .You have to do chamfering.
