OH, the Assyrian Tar’tan, Symbol of might.

Had royal authority, yes high-ranking oversight.

King Sen-nach’erib couldn’t’ resist, baited, took the bite.

Would not back down, refused to hear, energy, super tight.

Then the angel of YAH, glory, so mighty so bright.

Wings swung open, woosh, in the air took flight.

In one fell swoop, swoop, during the evening the night

Those who rose in the morning, turn your head scary sight

Others sleep, sleep, bye, bye, here we come, white light.

Meet the “Tar’tans” of Assyria, today’s inspiration.? They held a particular, authority within their power structure.? Similar to the executive, leadership positions held within business today, and the Universal stakeholder, the hierarchy reigns supreme.??

All of us respect a properly organized structure as it brings balance to an environment.? The universe also operates with perfect balance, a well-structured spiritual organization. Each role, from the entry-level position to the COO, CEO, & the Major Stakeholder hold its unique purpose and significance. One crucial lesson we learn as professionals is to understand the organizational structure, enabling us to align with the environment's Wildly Important Goals.? As above so below.??

• Strategic Leadership: Similar to the Tar'tan's role in leading campaigns and ensuring strategic victories, modern executives lead their organizations towards achieving business objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Both ancient and modern leaders oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting Structure: Executives report to the CEO or board of directors, similar to how the Tar'tan reported to the Assyrian king.
