Flavia, you’ve started in PitechPlus as part of our #InternshipProgram in 2022 and today we’re honored to have you as part of the #PiCommunity .

Tell us please, how has the internship experience contributed 
to your growth as a tech professional?        

Flavia: Throughout the internship program at PitechPlus, I gained a lot of knowledge and skills. One aspect that truly made a difference, especially for someone starting their career journey, was the support given by the mentors.

The guidance provided by our mentors, coupled with the active involvement of the entire community, played an important role in shaping my experience and fostering my professional tech growth.

In what ways did the #internship at PitechPlus influence your 
career goals and aspirations in the tech industry?        

Flavia: Honestly, before I started my internship at PitechPlus, I used to perceive work and learning as completely separate entities. However, during the internship, I came to realize that work involves constant learning.

This entire experience has greatly matured me professionally and helped me establish clear goals for my career future.

We know you’re hosting a live show called ?Future Tech”. 
Can you briefly offer us an introduction and what inspired 
you to create it?        

Flavia: Through Future Tech, my goal was to create a place where tech enthusiasts can share and receive the latest news in the field. I like to think of Future Tech as a school of the future, exclusively for those truly passionate about technology. I'm really enthusiastic about the IT field and all the amazing things it has to offer. With Future Tech, I want to shine a spotlight on the talented and passionate people in the tech industry.

How do you stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements 
in the tech industry?        

Flavia: To be honest, I have to admit that I'm not always fully up to date with the latest tech trends. However, I make it a point to stay informed by reading as much as I can. Interestingly, I've discovered that filming for Future Tech has been a remarkable learning experience. It's an exciting journey of discovery, both for me and for the viewers.

When it comes to professional growth, it's not just about the end results. Learning from every step along the way is what truly matters. It's about the process itself, shaping us and leading us towards success.

What advice would you give to young professionals looking to pursue 
their passion for technology?        

Flavia: I may not have my own advice to share, but I received a valuable piece of guidance that I'd like to pass on. When it comes to professional growth, it's not just about the end results. Learning from every step along the way is what truly matters. It's about the process itself, shaping us and leading us towards success. So, trust and love the process!
