An Inspiring Journey: Elina's Success Story at Domino's

"Everything will be fine" – this is not only the life motto of Elina Bakhiieva, our dedicated Payroll & Accounting Coordinator, but also the guiding principle that has shaped her remarkable journey at Domino's to this day. Originally from Ukraine, Elina arrived in Switzerland in February 2022, bringing not only her skills but also her zest for life to the team.

After completing comprehensive training as an HR Assistant in 2022 and specializing as a Payroll Specialist in 2023, Elina took another significant step: she is now pursuing the Swiss Federal Certificate as a Social Insurance Specialist. "The Swiss social insurance system has always fascinated me. After my further training, I wanted to deepen my knowledge and better understand how the system works," Elina explains with enthusiasm.

Domino's has played a crucial role in her career journey. "The company has shown me numerous training opportunities, supported and motivated me – even financially," she proudly shares. This support enables employees like Elina to continually develop and take on new challenges. "The combination of working 100% and studying was a big challenge, but the support from the team helped me overcome this hurdle," she recalls.

In her new role as Payroll & Accounting Coordinator, Elina has learned a great deal about processes, tasks, and especially about working with people. "What is particularly important to me are the opportunities for development and the results I can achieve," she says, beaming with pride.

Balance in Swiss Nature

Elina finds balance to her professional career through her hobbies, especially hiking in the breathtaking Swiss countryside. "Privately, it’s particularly important for me to have time for my hobbies and simply be happy," she reveals.
