Inspired play sessions

I inspire my audience by exploring the duality of the individual and society through storytelling.

What do these little action figures have to do with inspiration and my eventual career path? The answer is everything.
They were my first actors and I would create epic dramas, thrillers and comedies on the carpet of my bedroom next to my Little Tikes Ferrari car bed.
I spent countless hours, days, weeks and years running scenes; honing my talents. They were real troopers and they never complained, took breaks or demanded workers' compensation.
When Physics stopped challenging me and I switched to film I drew from those extended play sessions and I never looked back. Filmmaking and training youth are now my life and I feel blessed to be a part of a global billion dollar industry that rewards creativity....who could believe that it all started on my carpet all those years ago.
I'll touch on the billion dollar toy industry that drives and complements the global movie industry in my next article; so until then feel free to comment and share that special toy that brought you happiness and inspired you as a child.
