For Mother's Day, I brought Sherri along to meet an icon tomorrow, as well as some of my friends that are celebrities in their industries.
Everyone gets to tell their story in a TV studio to inspire courage and triumph in life for others ;) NOPE. I'm insanely blessed.
It's Saturday and just another day taking souls, warming up with 1,000 meters rowing and a mile on the treadmill at the highest incline before sets of 20 reps on weights to get a good pump.
I remember confessing to my dad on a weekend visit in 2nd grade that a bully named Billy was chasing me home from school every day and him saying, "Have courage. Don't be easy prey."
It sounded cool, but that really couldn't work, "You mean I tell him I'm Presbyterian?"
I finally decided one day that Billy really couldn't hurt me more that he already had, so I turned around tackling him and as we got up hit him with a perfect one-two combination to the nose and eye.
Billy staggered away crying and I never ran home from school again.
Daily Mission:?Tell a story of courage to inspire others today.
