INSPIRE
INSPIRED by a quote in a fiction book about the future which referred back to most people today “moving half-asleep through the motions of life; not specifically unhappy, but when was the last time you were truly moved by anything? When had you last felt awe or inspiration?â€
INSPIRE is a great word. It means to fill with, affect (or effect), produce, or create in others a feeling or thought of energy, excitement, creation, or desire.
If you like to be inspired, wouldn’t you like to inspire somebody?
I am inspired when I see others create solutions that help meet my goals. Not only does it provide tangible tools I can use, but it provides an intangible type of energy, knowing that others share and/or support my goals, knowing I can accomplish more than I could on my own.
We have big goals. Recently Beth shared ideas to increase our capacity for some of our article processing, our approach to systematic literature surveillance which now supports so many developments and people around the world. The basic premise of Beth’s ideas is simple (I wanted to share a simple example each day this week) – shift some tasks from medical writers (increasing their capacity to work on other tasks for greater contribution) to editorial assistants (increasing their capacity to develop skills and greater contribution). Thank you Beth – that inspires me – it helps me know the team is continually IMPROVING. Big goals require a lot of inspiration, and you provided one of those inspirations.
Inspiration brings a life energy – there is a reason the word for such a great concept also means inhalation. But every inhalation comes with an exhalation. Inspirations expire. The energy from inspiration needs to be continuously replaced. How can you INSPIRE someone today?

9 å¹´As I understood, Inspiration is a two-way process, if Almighty gifted you with the quality of inspiring others, sure, you also like to be inspired somehow on the way to your destination by someone. Right?
