Inspirational Leadership

As we progress on the career ladder, and start to manage people or teams, more emphasis is placed on leadership capabilities beyond technical skills, this brings to bear the concept of “inspirational leadership”. This does not imply that technical skills are less important, but achieving the right mix of skills becomes an imperative.

From personal experience, I believe inspirational leadership drives motivation, resilience, agility, goal congruence, trust, and collaboration.

I would do a follow-up on this, and perhaps with some more practical examples, however, I would appreciate your opinion on how you would or have previously demonstrated inspirational leadership and the possible outcomes.
