Inspiration and Purpose

This week I attended JLL’s eighth annual Women’s Summit. It’s one of my favorite events because I get to spend time with our top female leaders, focusing on development, culture and strategy. We create lasting connections with senior leaders and with each other. Each year I feel more connected to JLL and increasingly proud of our people.

The summit environment is designed to inspire ideas, celebrate diversity, explore our purpose and allow participants to reflect on their own leadership styles.
