For those of you who ever came across Mitac you would have known what a truly inspirational leader Keith was. So it was with great sadness this week that I learnt that he had passed away. I like many others knew him as wonderful, charismatic person who identified potential in others and helped them develop into whatever they wanted to be. I certainly would not be the person I am today if I had not have worked for Keith – I owe him a great deal.
My thoughts are with his family at this difficult time, though please take comfort that there are a good number of people out in the business world today who are a success because of Keith.

9 年Lynda, very well put. Many think they are leaders, but few truly are. When you become a true leader it is about developing others, and Keith really did understand this and was one of the very few.
