An Inspiration Help Classrooms In Poverty

What is admirable about reading the different accomplishments in linked in is the large number of people that have attained goals and achievements through proper exercise of the brain. Here we have libraries abundant, school supplies available at any store, and much learning material for every grade from preschool through college. Not so in many poverty classrooms. It's common for kids to go to school hungry because there is not enough food in their homes. There are no libraries, few books in classrooms, and little or no learning tools. Even a box of crayons is cherished when we share these with children in classrooms.
Children's Compassion Association International is working to make a difference for many underprivileged children in schools. Here they are so happy to get boxes of crayons we found on sale from local Walmarts. If we start somewhere to help kids in poverty classrooms with their learning needs we can make the difference.
We have to start somewhere to get books on empty high school shelves. These are all donated books. Books never get too old. There is valuable history even in national geographic magazines that date back to the 1940s. Children can see what they researched and what was available on the markets back then. This high school had one dictionary for about 2,000 students. You will see on our website we were glad to help with many more reference books and school books.
There is a lot of needs when helping children that come to school hungry. A child must eat to learn. You can visit our website at CCAI.INFO (Children's Compassion Association International) if you want to see more of our pictures on how we help children in poverty classrooms.
We think people here will get more involved when they see how teachers making $300/month incomes have to provide everything for their classrooms out of their own pockets. Children in these conditions treasure even vars of soap we bought from local stores because many homes cannot afford soaps.
When you go to CCAI.INFO to donate we can ship more books to classrooms in poverty. Each week we are collecting simple things as pencils, crayons, erasers, notebooks, and other learning materials these children need. We would appreciate your help to broaden our efforts to help not only the 12 to 14 schools in the areas we are focusing on but with the amount of books these children need with your help we can grow this even more. Even a $20 donation on our website goes a long way.
It is important that young developing minds in poverty classrooms get to learn to hold and read from books more than just the first time. Teachers in these settings know the needs of their students. If we help the developing brain with learning materials especially during the critical learning stages we can make professions like we see on linked in more attainable for children as these.
