Inspiration for a better work environment

We move to Düsseldorf, in the far west of Germany, where the 38th edition of the A+A Fair will be held in October from the 24th to the 27th, known worldwide as the most important occupational safety and health congress. As every year the different hall of the event will be animated by numerous stands presenting increasingly innovative solutions for the industry, covering a wide range of product types. Let’s look at them together:

Safety where we find all personal protective equipment, with customized solutions, new technologies, even wearables and ad hoc clothing, which from a simple work clothes becomes a touch of style by matching the latest fashion trends. A paradigm shift in the world of work, which also includes software and safety equipment for workplaces that require them, combined with excellent consulting services;

·?????? Security no longer focused on the individual but on the collective environment that needs to be secured. We find different solutions for all businesses, whether large, medium or small: because the safety of employees always comes first. A long-term investment that includes fire safety installations, soundproofing, for electrical and transportation systems. There are also protective systems designed for the safety of assets and production machinery;

·?????? Health when prevention is better than cure. Because the best investment doesn’t reside in the management of workplace injuries, but in the preventive measure taken to avoid or decrease the incidence of misbehavior that can lead to the occurrence of health problems. So we are talking about global workplace prevention that takes shape in the architecture of spaces and workstations, in the ergonomics of tools, in the provision of hygienic and sanitary supplies.? ·?????? Fire Protection / Rescue Management with hands-on demonstrations, consultations with professionals in the field and explanation presentations on various preventive measures. Sector specialists will be available as referrers and performers to show companies how to protect themselves from accidents and how to handle rescue operations in case of smoke, fire or dangerous substances.

·?????? Components, Fabrics, Pre-Products which become a fundamental choice in garment and PPE protection. The quality of the raw materials chosen in production not only affects the performance of the products, which in any case must guarantee a minimum standard of safety, comfort and durability, but also the corporate image and the sustainability policy chosen. As with other sectors, manufactures have chosen an ethic that is more attentive to the needs of the planet, as well as the consumer, by searching for new and more sustainable solutions.

Amblers’ new collection for the Work area will also be on display at the fair. This British footwear brand has distinguished itself for its professional shoes that offer comfort and quality throughout the day. Their slogan “The Right Boot For The Right Job” best describes the four boots they will present as new products in the industry during the A+A event. Although the aesthetics change from model to model, we can find common features throughout the collection, such as the extreme lightness of the shoe which, however, does not affect its durability, the waterproof full-grain leather upper and the protections and the reinforcements on the heel and toe. The boots also feature an insole, which gives comfort during the day and absorbs shock, and removable insole to support the arch of the foot. Of course, the Michelin sole developed for the occasion cannot be missed.
