Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon

Sarah Vulcain and Paula Beebe had a great time supporting the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon! With a record-breaking over 4,000 participants, this year brought exciting changes, including introducing dynamic bib assignment for the first time after 40 years! This year they unveiled a thrilling new route and sold out of both the half marathon and 5K races. Thanks to our awesome text-to-action feature, check-in was a breeze. ZooRun

There was an incredible turnout at this year’s ZooRun with over 3,000 registered participants, including a sold-out 10k race. Plus, participants enjoyed a complimentary visit to Zoo Miami with their bibs. Several haku team members including Kate Sullivan , Byron De Paz , David Lozano , and Fermin Lopez participated in this exciting event with support from Sarah Vulcain , Jeanne Medina , and Loreli C. ! It was a day of fitness, fun, and unforgettable experiences!

Bank of America Chicago Marathon

The 2023 Bank of America Chicago Marathon, held on October 8th, was a day to remember! With the largest finisher field in event history and the one millionth finisher, the event saw a new men's marathon world record as well as four course records, marking a day of extraordinary achievement and celebration in the world of running. Brynne Kelly , Robin Crail , Melissa Andersen , Allison Medina, MBA , Tiago Kaniak , Jaclyn L. , and Jose Escobar all enjoyed supporting this spectacular event.

St. George Marathon

In picturesque St. George, Utah, the 47th edition of the St. George Marathon Weekend took place October 5-7. haku was instrumental on-site, with great support from Melissa Marrero and Maria Llerena . They provided expert training to volunteers for seamless participant check-ins at the expo as well as an array of race weekend assistance. The event attracted participants from various states, including participants from California, Nevada, and Arizona, adding to the event's dynamic and diverse atmosphere.

Eversource Hartford Marathon

Loreli C. , Ally McFarland , and Olivia Thaler did a great job supporting the 30th anniversary of Connecticut's premier marathon and half marathon event! Participants embarked on their journey from the majestic Capitol, culminating their race triumphantly under the iconic Arch at the Eversource Hartford Marathon and Half Marathon. Strategic course updates were implemented to elevate this New England road race experience, all while maintaining the utmost safety and security for everyone involved - participants, volunteers, spectators, and the community. The event was an outstanding success, leaving everyone eagerly anticipating the 31st year!

Marine Corps Marathon

The 2023 Marine Corps Marathon supervised by the US Marines in Arlington, VA, and the nation's capital, the Marine Corps Marathon stands as one of the largest marathons not just in the US, but worldwide. This year Paula Beebe , Andria Evans , Jose Escobar and Ally McFarland had a great time supporting this awesome event. Our very own CEO Carlos Escobar even completed his 8th Marathon on this iconic course!

TTCU Tulsa Run

Tulsa's most historic race kicked off to an excellent start, with support from Jan Checo and Nicole Gallardo boasting an impressive turnout of over 5,000 participants in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Offering a range of distances, from a 2k to a 5k and a 15k, there was an option to suit every runner's preferred distance!

CNO Monumental Marathon

On Saturday, October 28, 2023, downtown Indianapolis was abuzz with over 13,000 dedicated runners participating in the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon and Half Marathon. Melissa Andersen and Melissa Marrero both did a great job supporting this awesome event!

Old Point National Bank Wicked Weekend

Over 5,000 participants joined in Virginia Beach for this year's awesome event by J&A Racing Inc ! At each mile, there were treats, thriller dancers, and even zombies! The fun continued even after the race with a spooky monster mash party!

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we had the privilege of supporting Track Shack 's AdventHealth Lady Track Shack 5k. This event has brought together a multitude of women - mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends - to honor women's health and generate vital funds for early diagnosis. Let's persist in the effort to #FundAMammo and continue making a meaningful impact.

Enhancements Overview - Automations, E-Commerce, and More

• E-Commerce: Administrators now have the ability to duplicate products for streamlined product creation and replication across different events, with a day buffer for changes before the duplicated product goes live.
• Automations: New automations empower efficient engagement with donors and fundraisers, including automated emails to first-time donors, scheduled emails after donations, and an enhanced interface for managing automation settings.
• Auctions: Updates improve user-friendliness, allowing admins to view "Buy It Now" information directly on the item list view, hide specific auction items, and gain detailed insights into the performance of auction event messaging efforts.
• Giving: Admins gain increased control over fundraising settings at the category level and donors can now make donations to teams within charity partners, offering more flexibility in the giving process.
• Endurance/Ticketed Events: Users can now customize the registration form by selecting which categories display add-on events, and organizers can assign a MarathonFoto ID at the category level for multi-day events, allowing participants separate links for each category.
• Salesforce Integration: The platform introduces a successful Salesforce integration, in Beta, enabling seamless transfer of community, membership, and donation data to Salesforce for enhanced organizational efficiency.
