Australian VET sector updates
We would like to take this opportunity to remind our readers that the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) Annual Declaration on Compliance portal was opened on 17/04/2023, and ASQA registered providers are reminded that they must be submitted via the online portal before 17/05/2023.
If your RTO is based in WA and is registered by Training Accreditation Council , you have until 30 September to make your declaration to the WA regulator - TAC.
Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) that are located in Victoria and are registered with the VRQA have already made their declaration of compliance for 2023, which was due on 01/04/2023.
Get in touch today if your organisation is wanting to discuss the submission process and how to ensure that you correctly submit your declaration. Our team can also provide advice on how to detail and share with ASQA any areas for improvement that you may have identified through an internal audit of your RTO against the RTO Standards.
Regardless of which regulator you are registered with, the best way to ensure that your RTO is ready to make its annual declaration, and that your CEO can confidently sign off on the declaration knowing that they have been truthful and completely transparent is the undertake an internal audit of your RTOs compliance with the RTO Standards. Audit Express can provide to your RTO.
