  • Abhijit Bhave, an experienced professional in the wealth industry with over 28 years of expertise, has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Equirus Wealth. Bhave, an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, has held significant positions at esteemed organizations such as Fisdom, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, Karvy Private Wealth, UTI AMC, and BPCL. His extensive accomplishments and deep understanding of wealth management make him a valuable addition to Equirus.


  • Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Sirisha Voruganti as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of their new Lloyds Technology Centre in India. Voruganti, previously the first woman MD for JP Morgan Chase in Technology in India and an executive vice president at Mastercard, will assume her new role later this month. With her experience in IT architecture, data engineering, and fintech innovation, Voruganti will oversee the establishment and long-term growth strategy of the center based in Hyderabad.


  • Krishna Kumar Thakur has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) by the board on July 4, 2023. With 25 years of experience in HR and administration, Thakur has served in the Indian Railways and other Central Public Sector Undertakings. Before joining BHEL, he held leadership positions in the HR departments of Central Railway, Solapur, Bhopal, and Mumbai divisions. Thakur also made significant contributions to a foreign project in Saudi Arabia and played a crucial role in HR policy design at Konkan Railway Corporation Limited.


  • Siemens Healthcare Private Limited, India, has named Hariharan Subramanian as the Managing Director, effective July 1. Subramanian has been associated with Siemens for more than 25 years. During his tenure with the company, he held leadership positions in finance, business administration, enterprise services, and sales functions across software engineering, IT consulting, and healthcare business. In his new role, Subramanian has taken over from Vivek Kanade, who has been given other responsibilities within the organisation.


  • Sushanth Tharappan has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Infosys, replacing Richard Lobo. Tharappan, currently the senior VP and head of Infosys Leadership Institute, has a tenure of 22 years with the company. Lobo will join the Special Projects team under CEO Salil Parekh. Additionally, Dennis Gada has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Global Head of Banking and Financial Services. Gada played a vital role in executing the Vanguard deal worth $1.5 billion.
