  • Aarti Holla-Maini, an Indian expert in the satellite industry, has been appointed by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres as the Director of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) in Vienna. With over 25 years of experience in the space sector, including leadership roles, Holla-Maini most recently served as the Executive Vice-President of Sustainability, Policy & Impact at NorthStar Earth and Space. She has also held significant positions in various space organizations and played a crucial role in the Crisis Connectivity Charter.


  • Gagandeep Singh has been appointed as the Managing Director and Head of the pharma business vertical for the Indian market at Boehringer Ingelheim. Previously, he served as the Managing Director for India and Africa Cluster Head at AstraZeneca. With 20 years of experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, Singh brings strong expertise in corporate strategy and the healthcare industry. He will also join the Board of Boehringer Ingelheim India. Singh's appointment follows the transition from Vani Manja to Boehringer Ingelheim UK, during which Sandip Agrawal acted as the Interim Managing Director.


  • Sivakumar Viswanathan has been appointed as the new Head of the Resource Management Group (RMG) at Tata Consultancy Services. RMG is responsible for managing the recruitment of contract workers and internal resource deployment for projects at TCS. Viswanathan takes on this role following allegations of unethical recruitment practices made against the former head, ES Chakravarthy, who has been placed on leave. TCS has terminated the employment of 15 executives in the RMG division and blacklisted eight staffing firms in response to the hiring scandal.


  • Rajat Verma has been appointed as the Managing Director and Head of Institutional Banking for India at DBS Bank. He takes over from Niraj Mittal, who has transitioned to the role of Country Head of DBS Bank in Australia. Rajat previously served as the managing director and country head of commercial banking at HSBC Bank in India. With 26 years of banking experience, he brings valuable industry expertise to his new position, where he will be responsible for driving the growth of DBS Bank's institutional banking franchise in India.


  • Parul Sharma has been appointed as the new Group President of Reliance Group, led by Anil Ambani. Previously, she worked for Star India for 15 years, and before that, with Deutsche Welle in Germany. Based in New Delhi, Sharma's role at Reliance Group involves heading corporate and marketing communication, as well as acting as a spokesperson. Her appointment follows the passing of her late husband, Tony Jesudasan, who held a similar position within the company.
