• Kaspersky has hired Jaydeep Singh as their General Manager for India. With 25 years of experience in strategic advisory and business development in the Indian & SAARC region, Jaydeep will lead Kaspersky's operations and drive growth in the country, particularly in the enterprise segment. He brings extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of the region's cybersecurity landscape, having worked in various sectors including IT, telecom, government, BFSI, and manufacturing.

• Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Deepti Kapoor as Executive Director, Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience in strategic HR and building high-performance teams, Deepti will develop and implement HR strategies and policies for Cushman & Wakefield in Gurgaon. Before this role, Deepti held positions at Max Life Insurance, ING Vyasa Bank, HT Media Ltd, Aircel, and Grand Hyatt, and ran her own HR consulting company.

• Flash Electronics, a Pune-based electronic component manufacturer, has appointed Rajnish Diwan as its Chief Executive Officer. With 38 years of experience, Diwan will lead the strategic direction of Flash's operations in India, focusing on new automotive business trends. He will also develop strategic partnerships to expand into new sectors.

• Varthana, a non-banking finance company (NBFC), has promoted Chandra Kumar CS to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer while retaining his role as head of Customer Experience. With over 20 years of HR experience, Chandra will now lead Varthana's people strategy, talent development, diversity and inclusion efforts, and aim to enhance both employee and customer experience. Previously, Chandra held leadership positions at Mahindra Comviva and Tata Communications, driving HR strategy and ensuring effective implementation of policies and practices.

• Aasif Malbari has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Godrej Consumer Products Limited, effective from August 10, 2023. Sameer Shah, the current CFO, will transition to a Group role focusing on consumer investments. Malbari, currently serving as CFO of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited, has a 23-year career in various FMCG segments. He brings expertise in business partnering, planning, logistics, treasury, and investor relations, with notable achievements as part of the leadership team at Tata Motors.
