  • Seema Vijay Singh joins MediBuddy as Senior VP of People & Culture. With extensive experience in building consumer technology organizations, she played a crucial role in Amazon.in's launch in India and helped InMobi become a unicorn. Singh has also advised notable Indian startups and non-profits like Vedantu, Udhyam Learning Foundation, and Scaler Academy.


  • Shivani Singh is appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Premas Biotech. With 17 years of experience in HR and sales leadership roles, she will lead the HR function and collaborate closely with the senior management team. Shivani's expertise lies in talent management strategy, stakeholder management, performance management, employee experience, employer branding, and retention strategies. Previously, she worked at Hero Housing Finance, LeadAnew, KPMG India, BlewMinds, HDFC Bank Ltd., and Royal Bank of Scotland Business.


  • Amanpreet Singh Bhatia has been appointed as the Group President, Human Resources of Hinduja Group, replacing Sudhanshu Tripathi. With over 32 years of extensive HR experience in various industries, including manufacturing, engineering, automotive, FMCG, IT, and services, Bhatia previously served as the President and Head of HR at Ashok Leyland and Group CHRO at Escorts. He has also worked at VE Commercial Vehicles, Intertek Group PLC, Symantec, and Gillette. Bhatia joined the Hinduja Group in 2019 and assumed his current role in May 2021.


  • Rahul Jain is appointed as the new System Leader for Boston Consulting Group India, succeeding Alpesh Shah. Jain, previously the head of BCG's Industrial Goods practice in the Asia Pacific region, specializes in automotive, engineering, logistics, and process industries. Jain is a core member of BCG's Consumer, Operations, and Global Advantage practices and has successfully led turnarounds for companies in his areas of expertise. Abheek Singhi will assume the role of Chair of Practices and Partner Committee in India.


  • Helene Auriol Potier has been appointed as an Independent Director of Infosys for a three-year term starting May 26. With a career focused on digital technologies and telecommunications, she has held senior leadership positions at Nortel Networks Corporation, Dell Inc., and Microsoft Corporation. Currently, she serves as an independent non-executive director on multiple boards, including Safran S.A., Accor S.A., Randstad N.V., and Oddo BHF S.C.A. She is also involved in various committees and holds a senior advisory role at a global private equity firm.


  • K Krithivasan, an IIT-Kanpur alumnus and long-time TCS employee, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Tata Consultancy Services. He succeeds Rajesh Gopinathan, who resigned earlier this year and will serve in an advisory capacity until September 16. Krithivasan previously held the position of President and Global Head of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical, a significant revenue contributor for the company. With over 30 years at TCS, he has been instrumental in building customer relationships and driving growth and transformation initiatives.
