Her previous role was as chief people officer at Sasken Technologies where she shaped the people and culture transformation agenda at the firm. Zachariah carries over 25 years of experience in human resources and consulting services and is an advocate of connecting business priorities with human capital strategy.
- CSB Bank appointed Pralay Mondal as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for three years of tenure, on the approval received from the Reserve Bank of India on September 15. Mondal holds thirty years of experience and has headed multiple businesses and functions including retail assets, retail liabilities, business banking, products and technology. Before CSB Bank, Mondal was associated with Axis Bank as the Executive Director & Head of Retail Banking.
- Cashify, a re-commerce marketplace, has appointed Subodh Garg as its first Chief Financial Officer, which would be the company’s step toward preparing for continued focus on sustainable growth. Garg, in his previous role, held the position of CFO at Pickrr and other leadership positions with startups such as Bulbul and Healthkart. He has a diversified experience of 20 years in various industries such as insurance, BPO, service and manufacturing.
- MobiKwik has appointed Mukul Saxena as the Chief Executive Officer of its financial services. Before this, Saxena was working with IndusInd Bank as executive vice president and head of the payments business, where he served as executive vice president and head of the payments business. He carries over two decades of experience in digital payments and fintech and has been at the forefront of the “Cash to Digital” growth story of India and the Middle East.?
- Aquaconnect has appointed Murugan Chidhambaram as the Head of Digital Transformation. Chidhambaram, a veteran data platforms architect, holds over 17 years of experience in the telecom industry and has worked with various leading industry players across geographies.
