- GSK India has appointed Bhushan Akshikar as the new Managing Director, effective December 1, 2022. Akshikar joined the company in September 2011 and currently, is the commercial head of the general medicines business of the company in India. He will succeed Sridhar Venkatesh. He comes with over 26 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ranbheer Singh has been appointed at the Max Life Pension Fund as the new Chief Executive Officer. Before Max Life, Singh was associated with HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd as the SVP & Head of Retirement Horizontal, NPS Annuity & Government Funds. In his new role, he will manage and expand the pension fund and look over its end-to-end operations.
- Former Infosys president Ravi Kumar has been appointed as the President Americas at Cognizant. He has over 20 years of experience in the consulting, process and technology transformation space. He will start working on January 16, 2023, and will be reporting directly to Brian Humphries, CEO of Cognizant.
- JP Morgan has appointed Madhav Kalyan as the Head of Payments for the Asia Pacific. He will succeed Sridhar Kanthadai, who will be moving into a new role as co-head of Global Payment Rails and Payment VAS. Kaustubh Kulkarni, who previously headed India operations will be taking over the role of the Senior Country Officer in India succeeding Kalyan. He will also continue in his role as Vice Chair of Asia Pacific.
- Sukhjit S Pasricha has been appointed as the group Chief Human Resource Officer at IndiGo, effective November 1. Previously, he served IndiGo as the head of HR & Admin (vice president-HR & Admin) from April 2013 to January 2018. He joins Indigo from Kotak Mahindra Bank where he served as group CHRO (president - HR). Pasricha comes with over 25 years of experience in corporate HR roles and business HR roles across different industry sectors and complex businesses (both - B2B and B2C).
