Insights on Leadership Movements Around the Globe and the Latest Open Roles

Today data plays an important role in every business and is a part of every department. So much that we have started relying on data heavily. Could over-dependence on data for recruitment prove wrong?

HR teams use numbers to identify patterns and trends but often miss out on the actual stories behind them. For instance, the intelligence tools that scan CVs during the recruitment process prove to help give insights into the candidate’s capabilities and productivity but at the same time cannot explain an employment gap or give insights about lower productivity or performance that can be due to poor health or unforeseen personal challenges. One could be missing out on a great candidate because the tool filtered that CV.

While data can be extremely useful but HR leaders must be people-focused for the growth of businesses.

Renascence Talent specializes in finding the top leadership talent globally as we are aware there is only so much data can do. Our seasoned recruiters are trained in assessing candidates keeping all things in mind to find the top talent a company requires so they get the best out of the lot.
