TBI State of Marketing Report

As marketing plans for 2025 take shape, we’re excited to share insights from our recent survey, Marketing in Scholarly Publishing, to help inform strategies. We gathered responses from 70 marketers across the academic publishing sector, revealing key marketing priorities, challenges, and trends.

  • 44% of respondents identified data analytics and measurement as their biggest challenge for 2024.
  • 33% of respondents identified writing and content creation as their top use for AI.?

ALPSP Annual Conference and Awards 2024

One of TBI’s Senior Consultants, Kelly Henwood was delighted to attend ALPSP this year. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with thought leaders on key industry topics and connect with clients and new contacts. Since the event, we’ve enjoyed reading some of the recaps. Clarivate Pulse of Library Report

This spring, TBI were pleased to support Clarivate with a global survey asking libraries for their views on a wide range of topics including technology priorities, AI, library mission, sustainability, DEI, open access, and much more.

This month, they published their new Pulse of the library report, based on the results of that survey alongside interviews with librarians. Needless to say, AI was a major topic of interest.
