The Holiday Season is here, it's been a long year! If you get the opportunity to make a safe appearance or perhaps get to safely meet with someone new- be like Santa and make a grand entrance or is that entrance?!

Entrance and entrance are heteronyms. Both spelled identically, but pronounced differently and each has a different meaning.

Entrance (noun), means a way to come in; 'When he walked thru the door, everyone noticed Santa's entrance.' Entrance (verb), means to put someone into a trance; 'When sitting on Santa's lap, the child was entranced.'

So this Holiday Season, break out either hetronym and use your Santa style. Make your impression, make an entrance or entrance the room! Go in big or cast a spell. Most importantly,be safe,feel good,feel jolly,ENJOY! You deserve it- Treat yourself. Just be-Claus! Ho-Ho-Here's to 2022!
