Insights from INPractice Masterclass, Artificial Intelligence: Automating communication across your practice.

In a whirlwind spanning Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth in just ten days, Kev Toohey and Mishan Dahia hosted a highly applicable session at The Inside Network INPractice Masterclasses. They offered a deep dive into the evolving AI landscape and its implications for advisory practices.

One key takeaway was sharing that LLMs (Large Language Models) are just a fragment of the vast AI landscape, with machine learning models quietly aiding market and product analysis for years. The session focus wasn’t solely on leveraging AI; they explored managing it as a resource within our businesses while mitigating potential pitfalls.

?

A highlight was demonstrating the process of creating custom AI 'agents' using recently released tools, empowering advisers to mould and train AI capabilities to their individual and practice needs.

?

Common questions focused on integrating AI into daily processes, building trust in its output and addressing data security and copyright infringement concerns. All the sessions welcomed robust and deep-thinking conversations around personal experiences and hesitations about incorporating AI into practices.

?

Thank you to everyone who attended, we hope you found the session valuable! It was fantastic to gain insights into understanding workflow bottlenecks and sentiments around how advisers think about AI in their practices.
