2 年Whenever I interact with young people, I'm blown away by the way they think. My 17 year old niece knows more about the world than I did at the end of varsity?– she's got greater access to knowledge, she's exposed to more sources of information, and she's more clued up on who she is and how she fits into the world. The level of EQ in the upcoming generation is incredible and it will undoubtedly have a huge impact on how they view and engage with companies, both as employees and customers.
