Insights into building our production facility: On the path to success

The process of establishing our new production facility is in full swing, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Our journey is not only an exciting adventure but also a valuable lesson in organization and teamwork.

A day full of challenges—and progress

As always, the day started early—this time with a management meeting. Together with our team, we reflected on what we’ve accomplished over the past few weeks. It’s impressive to see how quickly our production facility is taking shape.

Meanwhile, we were waiting for the technicians from the Chill Brothers Air Conditioning Company. In Houston, where summers are relentlessly hot, a functional air conditioning system is essential. Sometimes, the local infrastructure presents its own challenges, whether it’s the air conditioning or the warehouse door that urgently needed repairs. Yet it’s precisely these challenges that make the process so dynamic—every resolved task brings us one step closer to our goal.

Local partnerships as the key to success

A highlight of the day was our meeting with Rathsburg Associates , our sales agency. For us, Rathsburg is more than just a partner; they’re an extension of our team in the U.S. market. With 16 experienced sales representatives covering strategically important states, they’re helping us position our products more effectively. Their support is essential, especially in the run-up to the IMTS - International Manufacturing Technology Show , where we presented our products and made valuable contacts.

This meeting was yet another reminder of how crucial local networks are when entering a new market. Rathsburg combines technical expertise with deep market knowledge, making it much easier for us to realize our vision on the ground.

Multitasking and setting priorities

Meanwhile, other projects were running in parallel: our marketing agency was coordinating schedules for the trade show, and our IT team was handling new systems and security cameras. It’s remarkable to see how well we’ve been able to keep all the threads together, despite the wide range of tasks. Of course, there are always unexpected moments—like the snake that once made its way in through a broken warehouse door. Thankfully, the doors are now repaired, and we’ve got those surprises under control.

What we’re learning from this journey

Building our production facility is an adventure that offers us new perspectives every day. What stands out to us is the importance of local expertise, strong partnerships, and adaptability. The U.S. is a massive market with countless opportunities, but it also has unique characteristics that must be understood and respected.
