Insight222 – Elevating People Analytics
As co-founders we are pleased to announce the arrival of Insight222. We believe it is the first company entirely dedicated to the professional development of People Analytics practitioners globally and the People Analytics function as a whole.
Chief Human Resources Officers and their leaders consider people analytics to be increasingly important and a growing discipline for the HR function over the coming three years. Global studies provided by the large consultancy firms over the last 5 years indicate that People Analytics (also known as HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Human Capital Analytics or Talent Analytics) is of growing importance for their organizations. This is due to the globalization of talent, the gig economy, automation of work and technology pervasiveness. Because of this, CHROs need to provide a competitive workforce, a digitized employee experience and analytically driven value to the C-Suite and Board.
In a recent survey by the founders of Insight222, People Analytics leaders and practitioners appear to be held back from creating the business impact that is required and needed by the C-Suite due to a number of factors. These include the capability of the People Analytics function itself, the quality & sources of data, and ethics & privacy relating to human data.
Insight222 has been established to address these needs. It will offer The People Analytics Program for organizational clients who wish to seek help from peers, undertake research and develop tools and methods for their functions. Insight222 will also provide on-line training, masterclasses and education for practitioners to help them develop as individuals and to help their functions develop holistically. Finally, Insight222 aims to bring clarity to the HR function of the many vendors, both technology and services, that exist in the People Analytics space.
In summary Insight222 is a new company aimed to bring value to business by helping analytics and HR professionals unleash the power of their people.
