Hi Federico, my sincere thanks for your great article about Insight Narrator. Your breakdown was not only insightful but also demonstrated how far we've come in understanding the Voice of the Customer (VoC). Well done! I do, however, wonder about the possible limitations of the solution. For example, do you foresee any scenarios where qualitative analysis might struggle to capture complex customer sentiments that aren’t easily categorized? Additionally, could there be biases introduced in how data is clustered and interpreted by the AI? Any hints on these aspects ?
