Title insurance is commonly required to complete bankruptcy/receivership sales. In this program, attendees will learn from insiders what title companies require to insure bankruptcy/receivership sales, and how to meet those requirements. Our distinguished speakers will be Chapter 7 Trustee and receiver Howard Ehrenberg and Janis Okerlund and Kimberly Brice of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
