Happy Monday! Just over a week ago, Chris and I were basking in warm Caribbean sunshine and scouting out Anguilla and St. Martin's best hotels. We've since traded our swimwear for sweaters. But I'm still dreaming of sipping rum cocktails at the ever-so-chic Belmond La Samanna while looking out over crystal clear turquoise water.
Also, our recent trip got us thinking...if you haven't figured out the best Christmas present for your significant other yet, I can't think of many folks who wouldn't love 6-7 nights of R&R in Anguilla or St. Martin. Send us an email to get the ball rolling and consider Christmas done.

Anguilla & Saint Martin
This was the first time in a long time for us to plan a true beach destination vacation, and what better place to go than the Caribbean? In this part of the world, you can't beat the beaches or hotels to satisfy anyone looking for true R&R.
Why Anguilla and/or St. Martin? Simply put, these islands (along with St. Barts) have the best reputation when it comes to luxury hotels, a fabulous food scene, and of course, incredible beaches. Each has a distinct personality, so we love carefully matching clients with the best island or island combination, depending on the type of vacation they want to have.
Where did we stay? Because our objective is to scout hotels, we split our stay across three different properties over six nights, but for most clients, I would only recommend 1-2 properties during this time frame.
We spent four nights in Anguilla, two at Four Seasons Anguilla and two Belmond Cap Juluca, followed by two nights in St. Martin at Belmond La Samanna. I loved every single one of these properties and look forward to sharing more about our experiences!
Our great relationships at each of these properties mean special perks, including daily breakfast, resort credits, a welcome amenity, room upgrades, and special treatment. We like to think of it as sending our friends to stay with friends!
How to get here? Each property is conveniently reachable via direct flights into St. Martin (via SXM) from Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, New York, Newark, Charlotte and Philadelphia. From there, a short 30-minute boat ride or a 7-minute flight to Anguilla will have you soaking up the sunshine in no time!??
Now you can also fly direct to Anguilla (AXA) from Miami - so easy!
