Our farmers market managers are total pros! So this week I'm sharing some of their best cooking advice. Buckle up, baby!

Saturdays in Montclair: Meet Chris!

During the week, Chris Musto works as a scientist (!) in a chemistry lab. He?used to perform improv comedy in New York, and now he’s earning a Master’s degree in Food Science from Rutgers.

Chris’ hack:?Add crushed korerima seeds to anything with lemon. It’s a great addition to lemonade or baked chicken with lemon. Delish!


Sundays in Summit: Meet Jessica!

During the week, Jessica is a busy stay-at-home mom to her toddler daughter. Fun facts: she's been to almost every state in the US, travelled internationally, and she’s currently training to run her first half-marathon this fall.

Jessica’s hack:?Mix these organic spices together for your eggs: ground white peppercorns, granulated garlic, granulated onion and smoked paprika. So good!!
