Vista to acquire Jet Edge

Vista signed an agreement to acquire Jet Edge, the fastest-growing North American charter operator. Following the completion of the transaction in Q2 2022 Vista expects its group fleet to expand to approximately 350 aircraft.

The move highlights Vista’s continued investment into the U.S., the largest and fastest-growing region.

Vista announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire AIR HAMBURG’s operating platform and maintenance services. It is the largest private jet operator by number of flights across Europe, organising over 18,800 flights for its clients in 2021.
