What inspired you to join the team here at Vantage Point Consulting?

The owners are driven by their passion to create something meaningful. I have enjoyed greater flexibility and responsibility in my role, along with numerous learning opportunities. Working with teammates who feel like family has made the experience even more fulfilling and rewarding.

What do you do at Vantage Point Consulting and how does your role impact others?

Most of my work involves creating custom reports and dashboards. By providing impactful data analytics, I help clients make informed decisions that drive their success. This analytical approach ensures they have the insights needed to achieve their goals and improve their operations.

Which project has been your favorite to work on?

I have been working with the Army School Support team since 2008. One of my favorite aspects of this role is helping Soldiers get the assistance they need to accomplish their educational goals. It is incredibly rewarding to know that my efforts contribute to their success and future opportunities.

Can you share a recent project you worked on and what made it successful?

A client needed a dashboard to collect all data from different sources. By integrating these diverse data streams, I helped them understand the whole picture of their operations. This comprehensive view allows them to make better-informed decisions and streamline their processes.

What’s a common challenge our clients face and how do you help solve it?

A common challenge our clients face is connecting and integrating data from various sources. Analyzing the outcomes to identify problems and make informed decisions can be complex. By providing solutions for data integration and analysis, we help clients overcome these obstacles and improve their decision-making processes.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is using my skills to help teammates and seeing our work through to completion. Witnessing client satisfaction as a result of our efforts brings immense fulfillment and motivates me to continue striving for excellence.

How have you grown professionally while at Vantage Point Consulting?

I have great teams to learn from daily, which significantly contributes to my professional development. Their expertise and support create an enriching environment that encourages continuous growth and improvement.

Can you describe a moment at work that made you proud to be part of the Vantage Point Consulting team?

In a whirlwind of collaboration and quick thinking, the Vantage Point Consulting Army School Support team sprang into action when the Army made an ad-hoc request with a short turnaround time. With the team motto of "divide and conquer" in mind, we worked together to brainstorm solutions, resolve any obstacles, and deliver a top-notch solution to the client in record time. It was a testament to the Vantage Point Consulting Army School Support team's dedication to getting the job done, no matter what challenges came our way.

What’s one thing you wish more people knew about Vantage Point Consulting?

This is a small company with all the bells and whistles. The owners demonstrate great leadership with compassion, fostering an environment of team collaboration. Their approach promotes a healthy work-life balance, allowing us to excel professionally while maintaining our personal well-being.

What advice do you have for those aspiring to grow in your field?

Cultivating humility, maintaining an open mind, and acquiring new knowledge on a daily basis.
