He entered the industry during a period of decline in 2018 when agency closures were rampant, and creative energy was dwindling. But instead of lamenting the state of affairs, Frank chose to act. He stepped into leadership within the Uganda Advertising Association and revitalized it with initiatives like the #SilverbackAwards, designed to celebrate local talent and set new benchmarks for excellence.

He believed in fostering collaboration among agency owners, mending rivalries, and rebuilding governance structures to create a vibrant and sustainable advertising ecosystem. His leadership helped shift the industry from stagnation to a thriving, competitive space.
