Inside My Coaching Call

My guest shared five different growth levers to focus on to grow.
But which one do you choose?
The answer to this is going to be different for everyone.
I’m still unsure what it is for me, but I want to tell you about my last call with Jay Clouse and other members of The Lab.
It took me a long ass time to ask the question and I felt like I was talking in circles, but it came down to:
How do I spend my time?
Normally, I’d look at what brings in leads and turns into revenue.
Then, I’d double down on that and ignore the rest.
But for me, there isn’t?one?thing that sticks out.
There isn’t one social media platform.
One lead magnet.
My podcast.
My newsletter.
Nothing far exceeds anything else.
