I really enjoy it! Even though I have experience from past internships, I'm always learning and acquiring new skills. Together with my colleagues, we come up with new ideas that we incorporate in our marketing plans. By trying out different approaches to see how our target audience perceives our content, we finally define our strategies.???????

Q2: If you had to name a favorite task, what would it be????????
Creating a campaign is definitely an exciting, and at the same time, challenging task. There are different types of campaigns. They can range from a campaign for a trade fair to brand awareness, and product launch; and they are all elaborated differently!

Sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling and try out learning by doing. Since we are a startup and more or less new to the market, we first need to find out how to attract people's attention and define our target audience. These are some factors that must be considered in marketing strategies and are often learned over time.?????????????????????

Q4: What tips can you give to Startup Marketers?????????????????????
In general, I would say that it is important to stay in regular contact with customers to get feedback. On the one hand, this helps to find out how your marketing is perceived and, on the other, it serves to create content that is directed to the right audience. Also, I would advise to be up to date with trends and social media. New trends emerge very quickly on social media platforms, which you should keep in mind for marketing purposes. Last but not least, be patient!

Q5: What strategies or techniques do you employ to effectively reach and engage with your target audience?????????
You must always put yourself in the position of the buyer to get a sense of how to convey your message. In terms of engagement, participating in the right events to directly communicate with potential customers and share information is always a good idea. This also helps to figure out how to create the right content for social media.
