INSIDE LVMH: What I learned from the course (and why it's the future)

The INSIDE LVMH Certificate was an 8-week program that transformed my understanding of the luxury world and what it entails to work for LVMH. During the first part of the program, we delved into the fundamentals of luxury, and it was fascinating to discover how LVMH defines and embodies their business with a unique approach.

One of the things that impressed me the most was the versatility of the topics we explored. Through a wide range of interviews, conferences, and industry professionals, I could see the diverse layers and functions that shape the luxury industry. From creation and branding to operations and supply chain, and from retail to customer experience, every aspect of the business was addressed in a deep and insightful manner.

The online platform used in the program was an incredibly useful tool. In addition to providing an interactive and gamified learning environment, it challenged us to pass online exams to unlock new modules. This created an exciting and motivating atmosphere where learning became an engaging game.

One of the most impactful lessons I learned was LVMH's focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Several hours of the program were dedicated to exploring LVMH's sustainability initiatives, such as the Guerlain Bee Respect Platform and creative circularity with Nona Source. Discovering advancements in bio-based materials, like the Algalip, showed me LVMH's genuine commitment to innovation and environmental protection.

In addition to the online platform, I had the opportunity to connect with other participants through private groups on Whatsapp and WeChat. These groups were invaluable spaces to discuss ideas, exchange resources, and delve even deeper into the topics covered in the program. Interacting with other luxury enthusiasts and learning from their perspectives greatly enriched my experience.

INSIDE LVMH not only provided me with a certificate but also opened the doors to a world of fresh and relevant content. The articles and periodic publications I received after the program keep me updated on the latest developments in the luxury industry and provide a unique perspective from thought leaders and distinguished professionals.

In summary, INSIDE LVMH was a transformative experience that expanded my horizons and provided me with a deep understanding of luxury and the industry in which LVMH operates. It encouraged me to continue fueling my curiosity and delve further into the topics that impassion me. Hello Angel, great article and thank you for sharing! I am considering the certificate for 2024. I wanted to ask, is it self paced, or in person/zoom? And for the 8 weeks is it full or part time? Thanks again!
