The Program Experience

I was most impressed by how incredibly efficient the ice cream machines are. One machine can produce up to 50,000 ice creams per hour, imagine how many ice creams people consume worldwide!

Program Overview

The Graduate Program offers a dynamic, hands-on experience through four six-month rotations in different areas of the company, covering both engineering and business aspects. Participants choose between two tracks: one focused entirely on engineering and another combining engineering with other departments.

Tommy and Luciana highlight the value of these rotations. Tommy notes,

Working across departments and locations will significantly accelerate my learning. I feel fortunate to gain technical knowledge that usually takes years to acquire.?

While Luciana adds,

Rotations will provide a deep understanding of our equipment and departments, while different locations will enhance my understanding of our global customers’ needs.

The program runs every two years, with the next planned intake of applications opening in 2026. This approach ensures each group gets the personalized support they need to grow into skilled professionals.
