I was asked to let people know what it’s like working here. These are my answers:

Q1: What’s the most exciting thing you’ve worked on in the last 6 months?

I've been working in the Voidu team. Changes I’ve made to user experience on the site were immediately adopted by players and received excellent feedback.

Q2: What’s the best client reaction you’ve had?

At Christmas and on Black Friday, we gave users extra discounts. For this reason, users recommended our site across different platforms. I'd say that made us very happy.

Q3: What’s the one thing you’d tell someone thinking about joining Azerion?

You’re constantly learning, and that has really helped my career. I knew to code, but I've learned how images keep users on the site and how clickthrough rates and site speed are important. 

Q4: What was the most surprising thing about moving to the Netherlands?

I come from Fethiye, Turkey, but the Netherlands feels like home because we live in peace in cozy little houses. However, it took me a while to get used to going everywhere by bike. Dutch people are lovely, but they can get quite cross if you don’t use their cycle lanes correctly.
