Inside Albert - Angelica Gonzalez

Hola! My name is Angelica and I work as a UX/UI designer in the marketing team at Albert.

In the beginning of my career at Albert (I'm in my 4th year), I was responsible for all kinds of marketing, such as advertising (moving and static), banners, printing, and the web. Today I work 90% of the time designing and A/B testing our website (hejalbert.se) to optimize it in the best way and make it as user-friendly as possible for both current and new customers. The remaining 10% I solve other types of web related things for our other brands; Jaramba, Sumdog and Holy Owly.

I have been working with design for almost 7 years. I studied "Crossmedia digital producer" at a vocational college and directly after my studies I started as a Graphic designer at a product company and after 2 years there, I changed my focus to web design and ended up at a small web agency.

The most fun in my profession at Albert is probably to get results. Based on having a hypothesis, developing the idea, sketching, testing it and seeing what it goes for is probably what I think is most fun in my work tasks. Then it is also really fun to work at Albert when you have such fantastic colleagues, I basically laugh every day and always have a smile on my face when I walk into the office!
