Inscape's leaders embrace the 'Outward Mindset' of servant leadership
The senior leadership team of Inscape is currently participating in a profoundly transformative leadership development journey, facilitated by Cobus Pienaar (PhD) of the Arbinger Institute South Africa .
Arbinger's Outward Mindset programme was selected specifically because it aligns with Inscape's Servant Leadership philosophy. Although the process of self-reflection and growth is often uncomfortable, we have already started to see the positive impact of this programme on our thinking and being.
As we continue on phase 2 of this journey with Andreas Schaal from this month onward, we remain steadfast in our belief that true leadership is measured not by profits or accolades, but by the positive difference we make. Hence Inscape's vision: For our people to look back and see the difference that we have made.
