Insanity Max 30 : Week 3

Started week 3 now.  

July 25, 2016 - Cardio Challenge

Today I Maxed out at 18 minutes which is the same place as last week. The speed burpees area what gets me. I need to push myself past them and then I feel I can get going further. That is my challenge for next week.

July 26, 2016 - Tabata Power (oops should have been Tabata Strength)

I got into a routine and did Tabata Power today instead of Tabata Strength but I guess it was my body saying I can do it because I did the full 30 minutes without Maxing Out however my arms are killing me.  I will do Tabata Strength on Thursday.

July 27, 2016 - Sweat Intervals

Today I maxed out at 24 minutes.  Last week I finished the entire workout without Maxing out. I missed taking my Beachbody Nightly Refresh and my legs were feeling it this morning. I have to remember to take it.  It was my legs that I Maxed out with.

July 28, 2016 - Tabata Strength

Today I maxed out at 22 minutes. This is the first time doing this workout. It was the Scissor Push ups that killed me.

July 29, 2016 - Friday Night Fight

Today I maxed out at 24 minutes. Last week I did at 11 minutes so I am greatly improving.  I can't wait until next week. Tomorrow is pulse which will stretch it all out and then rest day Sunday then onto week 4.

July 30, 2015 - Pulse

This workout felt good. Stretched everything out then rest on Sunday then start the next week on Monday.
