I find people very curious. Yesterday I had a discussion with a person that wanted to work for a local business, a $130 million big business. His logic was that the lady that runs the business is very nice and easy to work for. Very respectful, loves her employees, and a great environment.

This person is rude to employees and to customers at the job he just got fired from. As a manager, he ran customers away and employees hated him. Employees would come in to talk to him and he wouldn't even acknowledge their presence by lifting his head. His performance metrics for sales, management, and loyalty were the worst for the area, region and nation for a billion dollar company. Yet, he wants to work for this nice lady that has a successful business.

Insane! What is wrong with people.
